After taking about a four-month sabbatical, I happened to be at long last ready to date once more. I’d been starting a lot of psychological jobs. We read too many self-help books and performed lots of journaling & hypnotherapy (via Lacy Phillips, founder of Free & Native). I had to develop to view my personal subconscious mind and deal with the hidden, restricting opinions and untrue narratives which were gently working my life.
