Based on an incident document, a guy reported Saturday which he began talking to a 22-year-old woman on a dating application also known as Skout.

After texting and exchanging sexually direct photographs, the person claimed the girl stated she got underage, and soon after, the guy had gotten a phone call from one posing as the woman daddy.
